Miles Perkins

Miles has extensive knowledge of visualization technologies for media and entertainment, spanning VFX, XR, and games. He’s currently the industry manager for media & entertainment at Epic Games, responsible for bringing cutting edge real-time workflows to the film and television industry. Previously he served as VP of marketing at Jaunt, one of the earliest XR startups. Prior to that he was a 23-year veteran of Lucasfilm, where he served as head of corporate communications across all Lucasfilm companies globally including Industrial Light & Magic (ILM), Skywalker Sound, and LucasArts. During this time, Miles was central in developing and managing the ILM brand and worked on a wide range of franchises including Star Wars, Jurassic Park, Pirates of the Caribbean, Iron Man, and Transformers.
