Janine Small

Janine Small has been practicing music and entertainment law for more than twenty-five years, currently in her own practice, Janine Small PLLC, and previously as a partner at Carroll, Guido and Groffman. She is a devoted advocate for a wide range of performers, songwriters, managers, record producers, executives, and event promoters. Her festival clients include Bonnaroo, Outside Lands, Okeechobee, Hangout, Clusterfest and Lost Lake and she counts Dave Matthews Band, Bonnie Raitt, Iggy Pop, Regina Spektor, Bassnectar, Ben Harper, Punch Brothers, Sigur Ros, Widespread Panic, Blues Traveler and O.A.R. among the notable artists she has represented.

Janine is the immediate past chairperson of the American Bar Association Forum on the Entertainment and Sports Industries, and also taught as an adjunct professor at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Janine is licensed to practice in NY and California.
