Minda holds a Bachelor's in Communications and a Master's in Business Administration. She has more than a decade of fundraising and sales experience and has been part of successful fundraising campaigns at The University of Texas at Austin, UCLA, and Duke.
Minda is the founder of The Memo LLC, a career development company for women of color. In 2016, nominated as a Change Maker at The White House State of Women Summit. Minda established an Endowed Scholarship for Women of Color at Western Illinois University in 2017 and supports organizations like The New York Humane Society and Compassion International. She serves as a mentor at General Assembly in New York City and alumni of The Points of Light Civic Accelerator.
Minda signed a book deal with Seal Press, part of The Hachette Book Group to write a Career Book for Women of Color; to debut in Spring 2019. Minda conducts workshops and keynotes at corporations like Time Inc., The Campaign For Black Male Achievement, and The New York Public Library. You can also hear Minda speak at Universities like NYU Stern, North Carolina A&T, and Cornell. Featured in Forbes Magazine, Essence Magazine, The Guardian, Lenny Letter, Fast Company, and The Huffington Post.
