Mike Ravenscroft

Mike Ravenscroft is a Director at the MACH37 Cyber Accelerator and an Investment Associate at CIT GAP Funds. Mike is responsible for sourcing, diligence, and closing of seed and early stage investments on behalf of MACH37 and CIT. Mike manages day-to-day operations of MACH37 and is responsible for mentoring entrepreneurs, managing the accelerator curriculum, liaising with representatives from industry and government, and building the MACH37 mentor network. Since joining CIT in 2013, Mike has supported numerous accelerator programs and innovation efforts pertaining to early stage startups. Most recently, he managed the day-to-day operations of Smart City Works, an accelerator for early stage startups developing technologies for the built environment. Prior to that, Mike was lead consultant for EMERGE, an accelerator sponsored by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) for first responder technology companies.
