Tyler Benjamin

As SVP of Human Resources for SoulCycle, Tyler leads HR, Culture, Diversity and Philanthropy for SoulCycle’s 2000+ person organization, including all HQ employees, studio staff, and instructors in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to his position at SoulCycle, Tyler held HR leadership roles at NBCUniversal, Discovery Communications and Jose Cuervo International, both in New York and in London. He earned an M.B.A. in Leadership and Change Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from Bucknell University. Tyler currently lives in NYC with his wife and 2 children, ages 8 and 5 who love spraying shoes and handing out water at the SoulCycle across the street.
