Augustine Frizzell
Augustine Frizzell is a writer/director from Dallas, Texas. She made her directorial debut with the feature film, Never Goin' Back, which premiered at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival and was later distributed by A24. That same year, she was named one of Variety's 10 Directors to Watch and was nominated for a John Cassavetes Spirit Award. Later, she directed the pilot for HBO's Euphoria, which premiered to overwhelmingly positive reviews. Her most recent film is an adaptation of the Jojo Moyes book, The Last Letter From Your Lover. She is currently co-writing a feature adaptation of the best selling book, The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue, which she will also direct.
