With more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience, Mike Berry serves as president of Hillwood, leading efforts in land, office, retail, and multi-family development. Under his leadership, the company’s flagship project, AllianceTexas, has grown to be the most unique, dynamic and highly successful master planned, mixed-use community in the nation producing an astounding $69 billion in economic impact to the North Texas region since its establishment in 1989. An active community leader, Berry is past Chairman of the Board of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce. Berry currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Texas Christian University, and on the International Board of Visitors for the MJ Neeley School of Business. Berry has a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University and a Master in Business Administration from Texas Christian University. Berry is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Development Program at Harvard University. Berry has been recognized throughout the industry and the region for his leadership. Most recently, Berry was honored with the Exchange Club of Fort Worth’s Golden Deeds Award, and inducted into the North Texas Commercial Hall of Fame.
