Katya Andresen
Katya Andresen is Senior Vice President, Card Customer Experience Strategy. In this role she partners with segment, capability and operations leaders to architect and align touchpoints around our end-to-end experience for customers. Her team focuses on customer insights, marketing, design and strategy to create a differentiated customer experience.
Before joining Capital One, Katya served in executive roles for technology-driven companies, most recently as CEO of the education technology company Cricket Media. Prior to that, she was COO and CSO of Network for Good, a payments platform and SaaS enterprise for digital giving and social actions that was founded by AOL, Yahoo! and Cisco. Katya also worked in market research and joined Network for Good as VP of Marketing before joining the executive team.
From 2009-2013, Katya was an adjunct professor at the American University Key Executive Leadership Program. She was also senior vice president of Sutton Group, a Washington, D.C.-based social marketing consulting firm.
Earlier in her career, Katya was a foreign correspondent for Reuters News and Television in Asia and for Associated Press and major U.S. newspapers in Africa.
Katya wrote the book “Robin Hood Marketing: Stealing Corporate Savvy for Just Causes” and is a contributor to several books on marketing and social media.
