Arun Ranganathan

Arun is Pinterest's Creative Technology Lead, working with partners to create award-winning marketing solutions on the platform. Prior to Pinterest, Arun was Mozilla’s first technology evangelist where he helped craft the direction of web technologies such as HTML5, WebGL and JavaScript. Earlier in his career, he was a principal engineer at Netscape and a system architect at AOL and cofounded the company Samosapedia. He also served on the advisory board for the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and counseled the inventor of the World Wide Web and management team on how to introduce new technologies to the web. He is currently saving ideas about yoga, chocolate making, and travel.
