Thelton McMillian

Thelton McMillian is the Founder and CEO of Comrade, a strategy and design agency partnering with leaders in asset management, banking, digital health, fin-tech, insurance, non-profit and technology to improve their customer and user experience, as well as to design and market new digital products and services. Clients include the world's largest asset manager, 22 fin-tech firms, two of the top five banks, among others. Thelton is regularly quoted by analysts and the press on digital and mobile banking, customer experience strategy, user experience design, and digital marketing. Comrade's client work has been recognized by Applied Arts, Communication Arts, The Interactive Media Awards, Web Marketing Association, and W3.

Prior to founding Comrade in 2006, Thelton was President and COO at Critical Mass (leading global digital design agency), Managing Director at KPMG Consulting, and VP, Managing Director at Organic (pioneering Internet professional services firm). He lives in the San Francisco Bay area with his wife and two daughters, and enjoys cooking, hiking and traveling.
