As the Global Personalization Lead and Southwest Agency Lead at Accenture Interactive, Jeriad and his teams enable clients around the world to create unique, curated and seamless experiences for their customers across channels.
Jeriad has a PhD in Operations Research, holds multiple patents and co-invented Accenture’s artificial intelligence technology for advanced audience planning and segmentation. Under his leadership, Accenture Interactive’s personalization patents have skyrocketed to more than 235. Jeriad and his team also developed the next-generation personalization solution called the Accenture Genome that enables brands to develop experiences to treat customers as individuals instead of personas.
Jeriad has been recognized in Advertising Age’s Marketing Technology Top 25 Trailblazers List in 2017 and has been quoted in publications such as CMO.com, The Drum, MediaPost and Ad Age.
Outside of the office, Jeriad plays the role of husband & father, traveler, and blues music lover, and has lived in Austin for close to 20 years.
