For over 20 years, Tim Leake has leveraged creativity to solve business problems – first, as an advertising copywriter and creative director, then as an innovation consultant, and now as Chief Marketing Officer for RPA.
Tim joined RPA from Hyper Island – a Swedish school and business transformation consultancy – where he worked as an innovation and creative consultant to help brands and advertising agencies transform their business and worldview to thrive in a constantly changing digital world. Clients included Target, General Mills, Ikea, Publix Super Markets, Publicis, Rosetta, and Sapient Nitro.
Before joining Hyper Island, he was a Creative Director at Saatchi & Saatchi NY, and he got his start in the industry at TBWA/Chiat/Day in Los Angeles, as a copywriter working on world-famous efforts like the Energizer Bunny and Taco Bell Chihuahua campaigns.
Tim is a frequent speaker at events including Cannes Festival of Creativity, SXSW, TEDx, Advertising Week and more.
