Erika Medina was a key player in making sure Puerto Rico submitted a proposal for Amazon’s HQ2, even in the post-María reality the Island was living in. More importantly, by merely submitting a proposal, Puerto Rico caught the eye of many US media outlets, even publishing multiple articles about how Amazon should choose Puerto Rico for its second Headquarters. She's a seasoned, creative leader with fifteen years of global experience in government affairs, branding, strategy, partnerships and business development in both public and private sectors. As an innate networker and exceptional facilitator, she gives special focus to maximizing multi-sector collaboration and stakeholder engagement towards impact + business growth. With a refined eye for detail, a creative mind to tackle opportunities and a passion for innovation, she's led innumerable projects boosting brands KPI's as well as social impact initiatives in fields such as education, culture and economic development.
