Bram Doolaege

Bram is a professional optimist fascinated by the hard fact that most organizational and personal changes are set to fail. His curiosity is driving Bram towards a search for no nonsense answers in evidence based management as a lector in the field of change management, communication and leadership at the University of Ghent. As a partner of CUTESolutions he translates research findings into habit changing programs and trainings. And to practice what he teaches he’s also engaged in Mobile School/Streetwize, an organization that reaches out to streetchildren for whom change really matters.
