Natalia Nastaskin

As Head of US Music Operations at United Talent Agency, Natalia is responsible for strategic development and expansion of the music group. Prior to UTA, Natalia was CEO and General Counsel to The Agency Group in the US. Natalia began her career in music as an attorney and founder of her eponymous entertainment law practice in New York City.

Recognized as a power player in the industry, Natalia was featured on Billboard's Women In Music and Power 100 lists for the past 4 consecutive years, as well as having two entries on Variety's Women's Impact lists. Natalia presently serves on the advisory boards for MIDEM and Women Inspiration and Enterprise (WIE) Network.
