Steven Aguilar

Steve Aguilar is the Head of Total Reward at Zendesk in San Francisco. Zendesk is a technology company that provides a comprehensive set of tools for clients to manage customer relationships. Previously at Pandora Media, Disney, and Texas Instruments, Mr. Aguilar has spent the majority of his career scaling and innovating total rewards functions in a variety of industries such as tech, biotech, semiconductor, and entertainment. His proudest accomplishment are his two amazing daughters and marrying his incredible wife. Steve holds two masters degrees, one in Industrial/Organization Psychology and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
