Marc Lieberman

Marc Lieberman is currently the President of Studio for Above Average. He
oversees all development, production and distribution of Above Average
original programming to networks, platforms and studios. Since the fall of
2013, Marc has grown Above Average into a premium digital network and
studio.
At Above Average, Marc has sourced, developed, sold and overseen
productions for many top and emerging comedy focused platform. These
partnerships have featured series from some of the biggest names in
traditional and digital. Marc also spearheaded the conception and launch
of Above Average’s sports comedy vertical, The Kicker, led by Saturday
Night Live Head Writer, Bryan Tucker. The Kicker now works with some of
the biggest names in sports.
Prior to joining Above Average, Marc was The Onion’s Vice President of
Business Development and the Producer of the Onion News Network.
Marc also co-founded the financing and production company Cavalier
Films where he raised and deployed approximately $2M in production and
distribution capital.
