Bobby Basham
Bobby Basham is the Director of Special Projects/Assistant Director Player Development for the Chicago Cubs. He has experience scouting and evaluating both amateur and professional players. Bobby is currently responsible for leading business development, technology, and sports science efforts within the baseball operations department, as well as, assisting in all aspects of player development including analytics, roster management, staffing, and scouting. Bobby is a former professional pitcher and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
