Colleen Walsh

As Chief of Applied Strategy at SAP, Ms. Walsh focuses on driving innovation with purpose by operationalizing the strategic intents of both clients and SAP through industry-wide consortia and client specific transformation programs. Ms. Walsh joined SAP in 2009 and has held a variety of leadership roles, including leading the NA Energy Industry Value Engineers and NA Office of Innovation customer engagement transformation program. Prior to joining SAP, Ms. Walsh was a strategy consultant with McKinsey and Booz Allen & Hamilton. She also clerked for Baker Botts prior to working as a lawyer in private practice. Colleen has a hybrid consulting style merging deep strategy analysis with process reengineering, technology enablement, and legal insights to drive dramatic operational savings and new business models for clients. Ms. Walsh has deep technology experience leading program management offices on SAP implementations at Fortune 50 companies, designing & coding custom applications, optimizing data centers, conducting M&A executions, and leading outsourcing initiatives.
