Merrill leads a team of strategists who help organizations listen to their audiences and align around actionable priorities that empower them to own their big ideas. She also oversees Atlantic 57 business growth. Merrill is passionate about the future of media and enjoys studying industry insights from The Atlantic's own journey as a media pioneer. Previously, Merrill was at Razorfish, where she developed audience engagement strategies and localized global campaigns for Asia Pacific markets. Merrill was a Fulbright Fellow in Yunnan, China. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in East Asian Languages and Civilizations and a concentration in Mandarin Chinese.
