Sarah Endline is the CEO of RIOT Strategic Advisory and a long time social entrepreneur and ‘hippie capitalist.’ Sarah is a global thinker, digital maven, perennial millennial, and a social good movement maker. She has been creating markets, discovering the world, leading consumer initiatives and “building a sweet movement to fix the world” since the age of 7.
Today Sarah is an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at the Harvard Innovation Lab and Harvard Business School. Sarah is currently serving on the regional council of the global Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO) and on the Board of Directors of AIESEC Life.
Sarah recently built and sold sweetriot, an activist candy company. sweetriot sourced dark chocolate directly in Latin America, featured packaging by emerging artists, and used all-natural, healthy ingredients. sweetriot was a proudly certified B Corporation, Fair Trade, Organic, Women-Owned, Inc. 500/5000, and WorldBlu Democratic Workplace! Sarah’s entrepreneurial work has been covered by The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Today Show, Forbes, Fortune, and more.
In addition to her social change work, Sarah was an early Internet pioneer working with digital initiatives and the Internet with NFTE and Microsoft and was engaged early on at Yahoo! and msn.com, designing and launching products and marketing programs for millions of consumers during the internet’s infancy in the late 1990’s.
Sarah grew up in Michigan close to her grandparents’ farm. She has traveled or worked in more than 85 countries. Today she lives in Brooklyn with her French Husband, Jean luc, and is the proud stepmom of Victoire and Valentin. Sarah is a breast cancer survivor and reminds everyone to Live Life to It’s Fullest! Sarah has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelors degree from The University of Michigan.
