Tiffany Apczynski
Tiffany manages Zendesk’s corporate image and identity through CSR initiatives. She has led the company through its participation in the controversial Mid-Market Payroll Tax Exclusion, a tax break given to pre-IPO tech companies located in San Francisco's Mid-Market neighborhood; and she helped draft the City and County of San Francisco's first Community Benefits Agreement, a document outlining each tech company's responsibility to the Mid-Market and Tenderloin neighborhoods for its receipt of the tax break associated with the payroll tax exclusion.
In 2015, Tiffany oversaw the launch of the Zendesk Neighbor Foundation, a global foundation that aims to engage with and provide financial, strategic and other forms support to organizations committed to local neighborhood renewal and improvement. The foundation addresses poverty, homelessness, and healthcare, improving education and promoting gender equality, workforce development and technical literacy.
