Laura Hambley

Dr. Laura Hambley is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist based in Calgary, Alberta. Laura is co-founder and President of Work EvOHlution, which creates innovative assessment and developmental supports for mobile/remote workers. Dr. Laura Hambley is an experienced consultant and entrepreneur who helped develop and launch Work EvOHlution, which aims to address the critical role of leadership, work styles/personality, and team dynamics as they relate to distributed work. Over the past 14 years Laura has published extensive research on the critical success factors for effectively leading distributed teams and has developed and delivered seminars on distributed teams for both organizations, universities and international conferences. Work EvOHlution was recently recognized as one of the 50 most innovative new organizations in Laura’s province of Alberta, and continues to develop cutting edge tools for public and private organizations of all shapes and sizes.
