Leila Day is the co-founder of The Stoop Podcast: stories from the Black diaspora that aren't talked about enough.
She's a senior producer at Pineapple Street Media and a former editor at Jetty, Al Jazeera's podcast network. Leila started reporting at San Francisco's NPR affiliate KALW, she's produced content for various podcasts and national outlets.
She's taught at the Transom Storytelling workshop, and has produced various think pieces on reporting on communities that aren't yours, and knowing your audience.
