Carla Borsoi is Head of Marketing at Patreon, where she leads efforts to help fund the creative class. For more than 20 years, she has worked across marketing, consumer insights, analytics and community roles for large consumer brands, like AOL and Ask.com, as well as nascent software and hardware companies in specialized markets. She joined Patreon as a patron of many creators across the web but also has worked with creators on social media and content acquisition strategies. In her spare time, she runs a cocktail club, advises early stage startups, and spends a lot of time consuming amazing creator content. She believes meals shared and a well-crafted cocktail can save your soul. Founded in 2013, Patreon is a membership platform that makes it easy for artists and creators to get paid. Carla earned an A.B.H. in Spanish/Theater and an M.B.A. from Rollins College.
