Julie Pound

Julie Pound is Vice President of Corporate Business Development for Lockheed Martin Corporation. Ms. Pound brings 25+ years of experience in Defense, Civil and Commercial technology sectors. She led multiple new business and mission advocacy campaigns, business start-ups and business growth endeavors with diverse teams comprising strong cross-corporate and industry partnerships. Pound led several business ventures in the commercial technology sector for start-ups, e-commerce and consulting firms specializing in business growth. Prior to her current assignment, Ms. Pound served as Director, Program Development for Special Programs at the Lockheed Martin Skunk Works.

A Texas-Ex at heart, Julie holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Texas and attained a Master’s in Business Administration from Notre Dame de Namur University. She is a member of AIAA, Air Force Association and NDIA’s Women in Defense, and is a recipient of the YWCA Tribute to Women.
