Patricia Stark

Patricia is a passionate solution designer and product manager. Since 2007 Patricia was working in the field of banking automation as a product manager for hi-tech products. She works together with industrial enterprises to unleash their creative potential in order to explore challenges and opportunities for the future. Patricia holds an MBA in "Creative Process Leadership". For her MBA thesis, she researched how to enhance creativity to initiate service innovation. Patricia is founder of STARK and lectures Design Thinking and Service Design at various universities.
