Léa Pereyre
Léa Pereyre is a professional product designer. She is currently employed at Verity Studios where she designs drone costumes and is part of a team creating dynamic machines and related systems for entertainment industries. Prior to that, she was an industrial designer at EPFL+ECAL Lab, whose mission is to foster innovation at the crossroads between engineering and design. The multidisciplinary team of designers and engineers explores novel applications of cutting-edge technologies and aims at promoting these technologies by presenting them in meaningful applications, and not only technical demonstrators. After she received her Bachelor in Industrial and Product Design from the Ecole cantonale d’art de Lausanne (ECAL) in 2014, she was an industrial designer at a robotics lab. She is currently also a partner in the Claire+Léa design studio in association with Claire Pondard. She was one of the finalists of the Emile Hermès Prize 2016 and received the Milano Design Award in 2014.
