Cécile Vulliemin completed a Master degree in art history and museology at University of Neuchâtel (CH) and is currently Project leader for art/science programs at swissnex Boston, Switzerland’s innovation outpost on the US East Coast. She always works at the intersection of art, science, and technology and connects the most cutting-edge, creative and future-oriented projects from Switzerland with peer organizations in key hubs such as Boston, New York, Chicago, and Montreal. She initiated and curated projects in digital arts (Biennale of Digital Arts Montreal, HUBweek Boston), product and graphic design, artistic research, AR/VR (Future of Storytelling Festival) and architecture (Acadia Conference). Her past experiences are multidisciplinary, ranging from exhibition curation in contemporary arts and design to promotion of the Swiss electronic cultures while co-organizing creative residencies between craftsmen and product designers around the world with the Hors Pistes project.
