Bob Cohn is the president of The Atlantic, overseeing editorial, revenue, and operations for the publisher on its principal platforms: digital, print, video/TV, live events, and consulting. He was previously the editor of Atlantic Digital, growing audience tenfold from 2009 to 2014, and also served as executive editor at Wired and The Industry Standard, editor/publisher of Stanford Magazine, and Washington correspondent for Newsweek, where his beats included the White House, the Supreme Court, and the Justice Department. Under his leadership, The Atlantic was named Magazine of the Year (2016) and Best Website (2013) by the American Society of Magazine Editors. He lives outside Washington with his wife, Sharon Dennis.
