Liz Dozier

Liz Dozier serves as the Founder & CEO of Chicago Beyond, a youth equity platform that’s fueling ideas, organizations, people and ventures fighting for all youth to achieve their fullest human potential.

From education to activism, Dozier has spent her career working tirelessly to disrupt the culture of inequity that is often pervasive in urban neighborhoods, beginning her career as a teacher, and later as Principal at Fenger High School on Chicago’s South Side. Now Dozier’s passion is leading Chicago Beyond, creating an entirely new model designed to transform the lives of youth living in economically fragile communities. The first pillar of her youth equity platform fuses strategic, research and financial supports to grow the impact of their partner’s work in Chicago and beyond, investing more than $26 million dollars since their launch in 2016.
