Johannes Larcher
Johannes Larcher is an experienced leader of digital media and technology companies. He is passionate about building teams whose culture is based on a deep commitment to quality and the relentless pursuit of better ways through technology.
Before joining SubVRsive, Johannes was part of the executive leadership team that built Hulu, the video on demand service owned by Disney, Fox, NBC, and Time Warner. While at Hulu, Johannes was responsible for all of the company’s business outside the US, including the successful launch and growth of Hulu Japan. Prior to that, Johannes was part of the team that invented paid search at Overture Services (now: Yahoo! Search), served as CEO of Academy123, which was acquired by Discovery Communications, and co-founded a social gaming company called Pikum!.
Johannes earned his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
