Maria Jimena Cos
Maria Jimena leads the global in-person training programs for Facebook Blueprint, Facebook's scaled education solution and training platform for advertisers big and small. MJ is responsible for the strategy and execution of Blueprint Live and Blueprint Spotlight training workshops, which have reached over 80 markets around the world and trained more than 20,000 partners on the best practices of Facebook marketing products and solutions. Since joining Facebook in 2013, MJ has held various roles focused on growing agency relationships through partnerships and education in North America and EMEA. She has also represented Facebook on-stage at key industry events, including the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity. Prior to Facebook, MJ worked agency-side focusing on creative strategies for the multicultural business of leading CPG and retail brands, such as PepsiCo and Kimberley Clarke.
MJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications and a Bachelor of Arts in European Languages from the University of Texas at Austin. She is currently based in London, United Kingdom.
