Karina Ricks

Karina Ricks is the Director of Mobility and Infrastructure - a next-generation department of transportation for the City of Pittsburgh. Karina joined the administration of Mayor Bill Peduto in March 2017 to help guide a city on the leading edge of mobility technology. Previously Karina had been a Principal for Nelson\Nygaard Associates leading the firm's multimodal practice after serving as the Director of Transportation Policy and Planning for the District of Columbia during a decade of massive transformation for that city.
