Joel Milton

Joel Milton has been involved in a number of early-stage startups, as an employee, a partner, an advisor, and a founder. As Co-Founder & CEO of Baker, he is primarily responsible for fundraising, business development, and company strategy. Joel started his career in business development after graduating from Colgate University. Since then, he has been helping companies develop growth strategies, fundraise, and execute operational success.

Baker is the leading CRM for the cannabis industry, servicing more than 800 dispensaries across the US and Canada. Founded in 2014, the company graduated from notable startup accelerator 500 Startups and is already one of the largest companies in the cannabis space with $11.5 million in total capital raised and over 60 full time employees.
