Dir Tech Sector Attraction & Retention
Washington DC Economic Partnership

Kevin is a serial technology and social venture entrepreneur, having founded and led a variety of technology and clean energy companies and social ventures. In his current role as the Director of Tech Sector Attraction and Retention for the Washington DC Economic Partnership, he works directly with DC’s tech startups and tech executives to strengthen the thriving DC tech sector. He is also the cofounder of the Pathways Scholarship program that demonstrates tech inclusion in action by providing under and unemployed persons with access to technology training, professional mentoring, and tech jobs. His varied background outside of startups is fairly typical of a long-time Washingtonian as he has previously worked at the World Bank, at a DC nuclear energy think tank, on a US congressional campaign, and at the US House of Representatives. He holds an MSFS from Georgetown University and a BS Inta from Georgia Tech
