Janice Omadeke

Janice Omadeke is the CEO and Founder of The Mentor Method, a DC-based company creating inclusive workplace cultures by mentoring diverse talent. The company's customers include the DC Economic Partnership (WDCEP), Deloitte and ByteBack. Her company has been featured in The Washington Business Journal, had a great interview in Entrepreneur Magazine's new video series, was a 2016 Tech.Co Startup of the Year nominee, and a 2017 Startup Grind Global Exhibition selection. Janice served as a DC Ambassador at SXSW, was selected to attend The White House Summit on Building the Tech Workforce of Tomorrow, and a top 10 finalist in Rent the Runway's Project Entrepreneur.
