Alexander Santa

I currently work with media production, mainly shooting and video editing for Rainforest Partnership, a nonprofit
organization based in Austin TX. I also work as an independent video producer. I have a M.S in New Trends and Innovation
Processes in Communication from University Jaume I, Spain, and a B.S in Social Communication and Journalism from
University of Antioquia, Colombia. During my time as a graduate student, I focused on media production for communities
with educational goals working with many different media projects ranging from educational documentaries to travel
series. I have also served as an assistant researcher and teacher in audiovisual production, video editing, and cinema
history for the University of Antioquia and the Cooperative University of Colombia.
