Chris Woltman

Chris Woltman has been in the music industry for over 25 years; starting his career booking bands while in college then as a college rep for Sony Music, he then climbed the corporate ladder at Columbia Records. After his successful years at Columbia, Chris moved to SVP Rock Music for RCA Records. During his major-label career, Chris was involved in setting up and executing marketing, promotion and brand strategies for a broad spectrum of notable artists including Alice In Chains, the Offspring, System of a Down, Train and Maroon 5, to name just a few.
Ready for a new challenge, Chris went independent and opened Element 1, a label and management company that focuses on artist/partner brand-centric development. To date, Element 1 as a label has sold over one million records and as a management company oversees every aspect of management for a number of artists, most notably multi-Platinum rock act Twenty One Pilots.
