Rusty Justice

Charles Russell “Rusty” Justice is a Co-Founder and Managing Member of Bit Source LLC, a software development and digital services company specializing in open-source technology. Founded in 2014, Bit Source offers both web and mobile solutions to address client-specific needs and develop internal products for the open market. He has also been a Co-Owner and Managing Member of Jigsaw Enterprises LLC, an engineering and land-forming company, since 2007. Both companies are located in Pikeville, Kentucky. He holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Kentucky in Mining and Civil Engineering. Rusty carries a deep appreciation of Central Appalachia’s rich heritage, and he works to leverage his capabilities to grow the regional economy through diverse projects that not only push the area forward but that have cultural value and preserve the Appalachian identity. Rusty currently resides in Pikeville with his wife, Linda. They have one daughter, Elon.
