Sophia Dilley began her career at Film 44, where she worked on Hancock and Battleship for Pete Berg. In 2010, she joined Route One and helped oversee A Walk in the Woods and Equals.
In 2014, Ms. Dilley joined Not Impossible Labs as Head of Production. She was tasked with producing commercials and documentaries illustrating the application of high tech solutions to serious real world problems. Dilley’s first project, “Don’s Voice,” attained over 1M views in 2 weeks and 1 billion media impressions; won 3 Telly Awards, 3 One Show Pencils; shortlisted for the AICP and won the SXSW Innovation Award for Connecting People in 2016. She also accepted the SXSW Innovative 3-DIY Interactive Award for “Project Daniel” along with Mick Ebeling and Elliot Kotek in 2015.
In May 2015, Ms. Dilley returned to ROE, where she co-produced Tallulah, Colossal, Landline, and The Circle. In February 2018, Sophia Dilley joined Concord Music to spearhead their Film and TV division and currently oversees all long-form audio-visual content produced by both Concord Music and third-party companies in partnership with Concord Music including documentaries, biopics, scripted theatrical and television projects, and music performance films.
