Jonathan Barkan

Jonathan Barkan has been involved in the horror industry for the better pat of 10 years, although his love and study of the genre has been ongoing since his childhood. He started at Bloody-Disgusting and grew quickly in the ranks, going from contributor to regular writer to music editor to managing editor during his tenure there. He joined the Dread Central team in early 2017 as the managing editor. Jonathan was also the festival director for Three Corpse Circus, a short horror film festival based in Ann Arbor, MI, and has been a judge for Detroit's 48 Hour Film Festival.
