Ben Lipson

Ben Lipson is the Texas and Oklahoma Regional General Manager for DoorDash, an on-demand logistics company with a focus on restaurant delivery that empowers local businesses by enabling them to reach more customers. As RGM, Ben is responsible for managing all aspects of DoorDash's operations and growth across 7 major metropolitan cities.
At 13, Ben started Port Clyde Quencher, Inc., a microbrew root beer company based in mid-coast Maine with customers all over the East Coast. The company ran profitably for 10 years and the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development recognized Ben as the “2002 Maryland Youth Entrepreneur of the Year”. After college, Ben worked for Macquarie Bank as a commodities trader for five years and graduated with high honors from the McCombs School of Business MBA program at the University of Texas. After business school, Ben founded, operated and sold a daily fantasy sports business, Sports Tradex LLC., that delivered new ways for sports fans to engage with their favorite teams and players. Ben joined DoorDash team in December 2015.
