Lux Alptraum

Lux Alptraum is the Founding Director of Out of the Binders, Inc, a 501c3 non-profit dedicated to advancing the careers of women and gender variant writers. She writes regularly about sex, feminism, and pop culture, appearing in a diverse array of outlets including The New York Times, Cosmopolitian, Vice, The Verge, and Hustler; and serves as a development producer for Fusion’s Sex Right Now, a groundbreaking show that explores intimacy, identity, and relationships in the modern era. Her first book, Faking It: Sex, Lies, and the Case for Trusting Women, will be out from Seal Press in 2018.
