Shestin Swartley

Shestin is an experienced HR and legal professional specializing in HR business partnership, employment law, compliance, and people operations. From law clerk to Account Manager, Shestin has spent the past 10 years successfully navigating a wide range of industries while simultaneously serving her community as a pro-bono lawyer and raising a family. Her experience provides a unique opportunity for a multi-lens assessment approach to realistic and market-relevant solutions for high-growth startups across the US.

In addition to acting as Connery Consulting’s in-house counsel, Shestin is a HR Account Manager evaluating new client opportunities and partnering with HR clients to understand and implement the specific needs of an organization. This includes performing compliance audits, creating employee handbooks, workflows, policies and programs, and dealing with general employee-relations issues.
