Fred Dillon

I am the Senior Director of Strategy and Design at Hopelab. In that capacity, I lead teams of staff and external partners to develop technology products and interventions that improve the health and well-being of adolescents and young adults. Using a combination of human centered design and behavioral science, I work closely with our Research and Design teams to create products that can make a difference in the lives of young people.

Products I have helped to develop, test, and scale have included Re-Mission, a videogame for kids and teens with cancer, Zamzee, an activity tracker and website experience designed to make moving fun, and the Mood Meter App, which helps youth build their emotional intelligence.

Currently, I am leading our project with the Nurse Family Partnership, a program that pairs first time low income moms with home visiting nurses to improve their health and the health of their child. We are helping to modernize the program develop tech solutions that will increase engagement, retention, and impact.
