Lindsey Kaalberg

Lindsey has been involved in the yoga industry for over ten years, first as a teacher and later as a brand manger for Lululemon. What she noticed was a gaping hole: yoga teachers could not make a living doing what they loved. To change all of this, she founded Ritual Hot Yoga in 2015. Ritual is premised on the idea that teachers should be compensated for their talent by having the opportunity to work full-time, and offered salaries and benefits that reflect the skill and dedication it takes to teach. Lindsey is making it her life's work to revolutionize the yoga industry.
