Nicole Shaffer

Nicole (Nikki) Shaffer DNP, CRNP-BC, COHN-S, FAAOHN is a doctorally prepared Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified as a family nurse practitioner and a fellow of the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses. She has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years as a nurse practitioner caring for employees at organizations including Warner Lambert, Hershey Foods, Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer. She currently leads the Global Pfizer Occupational Health and Wellness program for which she is responsible for Colleague Health Services, Short Term Disability/Leave of Absence programs, Fitness Centers, Physical Therapy, and co-leading the Healthy Pfizer wellness program. In addition to her professional roles in industry she is also a breast cancer survivor and co-founder of Pfizer’s Butterfly Club, a support group for colleagues impacted by breast cancer.
