In her role as Head of Product Strategy at Accomplice, Olivia Hayes has helped to solidify the agency’s place as a potent creative production force in the Austin, Texas. She brings a background in both product development and user experience, with a resume that includes roles in both creative and product management. In 2016, Olivia created the curriculum for and taught a course called “Creating Compelling Experiences” for the Moody School of Communication at The University of Texas at Austin.
With more than a decade of UX design, research, and product management experience, Olivia brings an empathic understanding of human behavior to business challenges. Her approach to product design leverages passionate pragmatism and puts product quality above creative ego.
She is also the host of “It’s Worth Doing Right,” a podcast that explores the intersection of data and creativity, and how both can be improved using research, intuition, and common sense.
