Sara Patterson

Sara Patterson is the Chief People Officer at Bonobos, the eCommerce driven menswear brand known for better fitting clothes paired with exceptional customer service.
Sara is responsible for overseeing the success of Bonobos through talent, infrastructure, organizational effectiveness, and culture management. She drives employee development and growth of internal talent to deliver amazing results while staying to true to Bonobos’ culture and core virtues.

She previously served as the Vice President of Talent Management at Tribune Media Company where she focused on enhancing the company’s Talent Management function. Before Tribune, she held the title of Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Management at Conde Nast and Gilt Groupe.

Sara graduated with a Bachelor in Psychology at University of Michigan and attended Baruch College in NY where she earned an MBA in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Sara currently lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two daughters.
